A sunkissed LILY ALLEN led the style stakes in a retro knee-length gown.
Lil was at London’s Royal Opera House to present RUSSELL BRAND with Stylish Man. But I have to say he looked a right scruff next to the Smile singer.
BILLIE PIPER ? the only woman to receive an award ? added a flash of colour in a red gown as she accepted Woman Of The Year.
It was the Dr Who actress’s second gong in two nights after scooping Best Actress at the TV Quick and TV Choice Awards.
ROD STEWART won the Outstanding Achievement trophy but as you can see in the slideshow below, he was upstaged by the missus, PENNY LANCASTER, in a lacy see-through dress.
